Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kh8 ("kh8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at kh8.bio. 4. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of a kh8 employee or director.
5. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the kh8 platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by administrative action.
6. You must not have an existing active account with kh8. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.

kh8 reserves the right to decline any application for account registration without providing a reason. Account registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the platform.

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kh8 account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes associated with your account. Governing Law, Disputes, and Contact

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the kh8 platform shall in the first instance be addressed through kh8's internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may seek resolution through any remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection or gaming laws. kh8 will cooperate in good faith with any lawful regulatory or judicial process.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
